Happy Halloween!

In honor of Halloween 2024, here’s a shot of the famous Beverly Hills “Witch’s House” built in 1921 for a silent film movie studio and designed by Academy Award winning art director Harry Oliver. When the studio closed, the Spadena family moved in.

This 3,500 square foot home features a pointy, lopsided roof, tiny windows and stucco with a distressed paint technique, and is now the private residence of a real estate agent (no tours, unfortunately).  CBS Sunday Morning shared an exclusive inside the home look which you can see here.
